Stanford Ignite Ukraine 3.0 Supports Ukraine’s Economic Recovery
Stanford Ignite Ukraine 3.0 is a leadership and business education initiative started by Nataliya Anon, who leads Svitla Systems, and was established by Yossi Feinberg, the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management and Professor of Economics at Stanford Graduate School of Business, who now heads it.
The initiative focuses on supporting Ukraine’s long-term economic recovery by training Ukrainian entrepreneurs and small- to midsize-business owners to build and scale their companies. The latest training drew 41 Ukrainian entrepreneurs and business owners.
The program provides participants with training, mentorship, and business education across entrepreneurship, strategy, finance, leadership, and entering international markets. After completing the training, the participants can apply their new knowledge to their businesses in Ukraine, support their local communities, and contribute to the country’s economic recovery.
The Svitla Systems CEO and founder, Natliya Anon, shared lessons with participants about her company’s growth from a small startup to a global company.
“Stanford Ignite Ukraine was created to give talented founders and business leaders access to world-class education, mentorship, and strategic thinking that can help accelerate both their companies and Ukraine’s long-term recovery. Supporting entrepreneurs is one of the most important investments we can make in the country’s future,” Anon shares.
Supporting Ukrainian Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Anon was born and raised in Western Ukraine. Later, she moved to the United States and founded Svitla Systems in Silicon Valley. Under her leadership, the company expanded worldwide, with centers in North America, South America, Europe, India, and Australia. The company partners with international organizations to provide technology services, including AI, cloud computing, data, software development, and managed IT services.
As an engineering organization, Svitla Systems has long supported innovation, leadership development, and entrepreneurship in Ukraine, contributing to the country’s economic resilience. IAOP has recognized it as one of the Top 100 Global Outsourcing Companies.
Stanford Ignite Ukraine 3.0 will continue to provide education for Ukrainian entrepreneurs to support sustainable economic growth.
Nataliya Anon, CEO and founder of Svitla Systems, adds, “Ukraine’s future will be shaped by entrepreneurs who continue building despite uncertainty.”
